WILL IT KICK ASS?

Reviews of CLOVERFIELD are trickling in and it looks like it will be a 50/50 split from the critics...you're either down for an 80 minute monster-attacks-NYC movie or you're not. I have been extremely anxious to see this film ever since that amazing teaser debuted last summer infront of TRANSFORMERS. Judging solely from the full trailer and the many tv spots, this film is going to be an intense, hectic thrill-ride. I plan on seeing it this coming Saturday and will offer up my thoughts as soon as possible. I am still curious about how big it will be at the box office. I can see this film going either way -- REALLY big or REALLY moderate. We'll just have to wait and see...

I'm predicting a MASSIVE opening weekend. After that, who knows? I know I'm seeing it as soon as I can.

I am very excited...Saturday can't come soon enough. The reviews have been great too so that's a plus. I am now thinking $50 million opening weekend may be possible...

It was awesome. Dorked it up and went to the 11:59 showing last night. Please don't let retard viewers, who complain about the shaky camera and don't get the subtleties of the direction and plot, prevent this movie from changing the way Hollywood ruins any and all CGI monster movies (like I am Legend.)

I am extremely excited for this film. I love shaky-cam filming techniques so this film should be right up my alley. I am Legend was a piece of dump, by and large, and I am really hoping that Cloverfield delivers on its amazing trailer.
