Yep -- sounds like a mid-90's, high-concept actioner to me! Action auteur Tony Scott (Man on Fire, Domino, Enemy of the State, Crimson Tide, The Taking of Pelham 123) directs with Denzel Washington and Chris Pine as the two leads. Looks high-octane, totally explosive, and wonderfully over the top.
