Very nice-looking list so far, Nick. "District 9" is monstrous and it tops both our lists. And I think we both agree that only something monumental is going to knock it off of that top spot.

SO glad to see that "Watchmen" has stayed so high. Undervalued film, in my opinion, and widely misunderstood.

"The Informant!" still grows in my mind.

"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" is still one of the best action films ever crafted. I can't wait till it's DVD release on Oct. 20.

"Star Trek" is utter amazingness. I've seen it three times and got something new out of it every time.

"(500) Days of Summer" is pure cinematic magic. The best romance in years, and the most emotionally resonant. It mirrors my high school crush experience somewhat. Except mine was, you know, chronological.

I like "The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3" more and more every day. Still have a problem with that laptop, but whatever.

"Up" and "Coraline" are two masterpieces of animation. Truly one-of-a-kind, both of them.

That said: I liked "Gamer" more than you did and "Public Enemies" less (slightly). I still need to see the "Crank" films...and REALLY want to. "Gamer" was one profound movie, so if the duo was like it, I gotta see 'em. And I still really wanna see "Observe and Report" and "World's Greatest Dad." Pitch-black comedy is my thing.

Okay, I'm done. My comments are getting really long LOL.

Yes, I saw it twice :)

And I can't wait for the Blu Ray on Oct. 20
