CAN JACK BAUER BREAK OUT OF JAIL FOR REAL THIS TIME?

Jack Bauer, aka Kiefer Sutherland, will spend 30 days in jail stemming from his recent drunk driving arrest. He was on probation from an earlier drunk driving arrest in 2004. The jail time Bauer will serve will not affect the production of the upcoming season of 24. Well thank the Lord for that!
